در اولین روز از دهه فجر چهل و دومین سال پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، مسئولان دستگاه‌های مختلف استان با حضور در گلزار شهدای قزوین، با امام راحل، مقام معظم رهبری و شهدای دوران‌های انقلاب و دفاع مقدس، تجدید پیمان کرده و با نثار گل مقام شامخ شهدا را گرامی داشتند و از رشادت‌ها و ایثارگری‌های آنان تجلیل کردند.
